How much does it cost
Support is responsible for ensuring that the site does not stop, and if it does, that someone already deals with it, and not looking for someone to call.
There is deliberately no price list on this site: the same task differs several times over in scope between two clients, and a "from" figure explains nothing — by invoicing time it has to be revised anyway. So we look at the task first: a free audit of the existing site, or a short brief if there is no site yet. The amount and the deadline are named on your numbers and fixed in the contract.
What the cost depends on
- The state of the code and infrastructure at the time of transfer is shown by the technical audit.
- Emergency response time is required.
- Scope of regular work: updates, backups with recovery verification, improvements.
What you get after the audit
- A list of works with the scope of each item — you can see what the amount is for.
- Price and timeline for that scope, not "from" and "approximately".
- What can be skipped now and moved to a second stage to reduce the starting amount.
Estimate: 1 business day once we have the input
Why this is free
The audit takes us a few hours and shows what we would be working with. Without it we cannot name an honest amount, and with it you see the state of your site even if you carry on with someone else.
We work officially
Contract, act and invoice — for every project, not just large ones.
Trusted by: Kvant Energy, GYPSUN, Naturel Cosmetics, Pancer Protection, LUGI, BeeTech
Contract, act and 30-day warranty
Every project gets a written contract: scope, deadlines, amount, acceptance procedure. After delivery — act and invoice, then 30 calendar days of warranty.
Sole proprietor & bank transfer
The contractor is a registered sole proprietor. Payment by invoice with closing documents.
Rights & access — yours
Code, design and materials transfer to you after full payment. Domain, hosting, repository and analytics are registered to you.
Client portal instead of email chains
During the project you get access to a portal: contracts, invoices, acts and project status in one place.
Sites in nine countries
Our sites run in nine countries: besides Ukraine — Poland, Germany, Austria, England, Norway, Bulgaria, Moldova and Spain.
Verifiable numbers
Every case in the portfolio comes with a link to a live site and a technical measurement.
Audit first, then pricing
There is no price list on the site intentionally: the scope of the same work differs multiples between clients.
We say "no" when unsure
If the task isn't ours or the deadline is unrealistic — we tell you upfront.

FAQ
Answers to the most common questions from our clients
Do you take over a site built by someone else?
Yes. We start with a technical audit — we assess the state of the code and the risks, and then name the cost of maintenance.
What does the «within 4 hours» response mean?
It is the time until we start working on the outage, not the time until it is resolved. During business hours we usually respond within an hour.
