LIONEX AI First Agency — a Ukrainian agency building websites and online stores plus technical SEO, in business from 2015 onward.
The contractor is sole proprietor V. I. Chystiakov: every project runs under a written contract, the result is handed over by an act, the warranty is 30 calendar days from its signing, and rights to code and materials pass to the client after full payment. The portfolio has 53 projects, 33 of them online stores.
Stores are built mostly on OpenCart, websites and web apps on Next.js. Besides services, LIONEX runs its own products in production: Textory, LEO Chat, LiteShop and a free KVED → NACE 2.1-UA converter.

Don't see your question? →There is no public price list on purpose: the same job by name can differ several times over between two clients, so a “from” figure would mislead. First comes a free task review — 1–3 business days. Then an estimate broken down by stage, then a contract with a fixed amount. We bill in euros; the hryvnia amount follows the NBU rate on the invoice date, and that is written into the contract rather than settled after the fact.
We name a timeline only after we see the scope: catalog structure, number of products, list of integrations. Any figure before that is invented, and those are exactly the promises that later fall apart. After the audit you get a schedule by stage — structure and design, build, launch — and every stage ends with a written deliverable.
Stores are mostly OpenCart — that is the core specialization. New projects are more often built on Next.js and React. We also work with WordPress/WooCommerce and plain PHP if the site already runs on them or your side requires it. The platform is chosen for the task and for whoever will maintain the site after us, not because it suits us better.
LIONEX is run by Vladyslav Chystiakov, in development since 2015. The task goes straight into work: no account managers, nothing relayed through third parties, and the project is not handed to another contractor halfway through. We reply to requests within two hours during business hours.
The warranty is 30 calendar days from the date the acceptance act is signed: within that period we fix faults that are ours free of charge, and it is a clause in the contract, not a verbal arrangement. Property rights to the code, design and materials pass to you after full payment. The domain, hosting, repository, analytics and ad accounts are registered in your name from the start, so the site stays yours no matter who develops it next. Ongoing support is arranged separately and is not a condition.
Every portfolio project opens as a link to a live site: 53 works, 33 of them online stores, in nine countries. 33 cases have dated technical measurements — catalog size, server response time, URL health — and you can see them on the client's own site. Separately there is the Kabanchik profile: 144 reviews, 96 % positive; the profile link is in the site footer and on the reviews page.
