If you make fifteen cards for one model, you will not get a wider catalog, but fifteen almost identical pages that compete with each other.

Photos are heavy, the page slows down - what to do?

Do not reduce the gallery, but work with formats and loading: WebP, delayed loading of everything below the first screen, individual sizes of pictures for mobile. The furniture store we measured has a main page HTML of 374 KB with a catalog of only 76 items — that is, the weight came from the design, not from the volume of the assortment. This is a manageable quantity, and we measure it before launch, not after complaints. Fair margin: speed removes the technical loss, it does not make the offer more attractive.

Part of the furniture is ordered - how to sell it?

Through the request form instead of the basket: the buyer indicates the dimensions, performance and desired term, the manager returns with the calculation. At the same time, the items from the warehouse remain in the regular basket. You should not mix both scenarios in one flow - a person puts an item with an uncalculated price in the cart, reaches the payment and stops.
