A complete premium platform for a plastic surgery clinic. Decoupled architecture: Laravel 11 backend + React 18 frontend, separate admin panel on Filament, real-time WebSocket updates.
Architecture
- Backend: Laravel 11 + Filament Admin + Laravel Octane (Swoole) as a web server - instead of PHP-FPM, handles requests through a persistent in-memory process that gives 5-10x faster response API + REST API (80+ endpoints)
- Frontend: React 18 + Vite + Redux Toolkit + TailwindCSS
- Infrastructure: Docker Compose (MySQL 8, Redis 7, Nginx), Laravel Reverb WebSocket
- Real-time: Live updates of services, prices, availability via WebSocket
