The design here is responsible for one thing: for a person to understand what is offered to him and to take action without stumbling over the interface.
There is deliberately no price list on this site: the same task differs several times over in scope between two clients, and a "from" figure explains nothing — by invoicing time it has to be revised anyway. So we look at the task first: a free audit of the existing site, or a short brief if there is no site yet. The amount and the deadline are named on your numbers and fixed in the contract.
