A bot with in-chat payment closes the last step where buyers get lost most often: leaving the chat for a separate payment page. It goes like this: the buyer fills the cart in the conversation, gives a name, phone number, city and Nova Poshta branch, and chooses card or cash on delivery. For a card, the bot opens the payment page of the provider already connected to your store — Monobank or LiqPay through your own merchant account, with the money going straight to the store's account — and after a successful charge it sends the order confirmation and the waybill number back into the chat. Result
The flow is built on the same engine that went through a chaos test on 17 August 2026: 300 messages per second with the engine, NATS and Redis forcibly killed — 0 lost and 0 duplicated confirmed messages. This was a load test on a test stack, not in production, and it did not cover payments.

How exactly does card payment in the chat work?

The bot collects the cart and delivery details in the conversation, and at the payment step it opens the payment page of the provider already connected to your store — Monobank or LiqPay through your own merchant account. The charge happens on the provider's side, the money goes to the store's account, and the bot receives the successful-payment signal and sends a confirmation with the Nova Poshta waybill number back into the chat.

How long does it take to connect?

7–17 days in total across all stages: 1–3 days for the review, 3–7 days for the payment flow, 2–4 days for test payments, 1–3 days for the launch. The warranty is 30 calendar days from the date the acceptance act is signed, and we reply to requests within 2 hours.

Can the buyer pay cash on delivery, without a card?

Yes. Both methods work within one flow: the buyer chooses cash on delivery or card at the same step, and the bot collects the delivery details the same way.

What does the bot see of the payment data?

The charge goes through on the side of the store's payment provider. What exactly is returned to the bot after payment and in what form depends on the specific provider's flow — we put this in writing during the free review, before the contract is signed.

Will you run test payments before the launch?

Yes, there is a separate stage for it — 2–4 days. We run real test orders: the charge, the confirmation in the chat, the waybill number. The flow goes live for buyers only after this test run.

What does the buyer see after paying?

The order confirmation and the waybill number for tracking right in the chat, without going to a separate page of the website.

What about a disputed return or a custom discount?
