What should we do with the pages of sold properties?

The worst option is letting the page return an error: you lose both the visitor and the search value the page has built up. The approach that works is to keep the page with an honest “sold” label and show similar options in the same district and price range. A person who was looking for exactly that kind of apartment stays with you instead of leaving for a listings portal.

How often does the database need updating?

As often as it changes on your side. If properties sell every week, manual entry means constantly lagging behind, and it is better to set up imports from a spreadsheet or CRM. One call about an apartment sold a month ago spoils the impression more than ten missing new listings.

How many filters are needed?

As many as there are parameters people actually search by: price, rooms, district, floor area, type of housing. Putting every field of the property card into the filter makes it bulky and unusable. In the review we look at your real queries rather than adding everything in sight.

Is a map needed?

In most cases, yes: housing is chosen by location. But a map needs coordinates for every property, and if the database does not have them, you first have to decide where they will come from. We raise this question in the review, not in the middle of the work.
